As Brian’s grandson, I am proud to be working alongside him, learning the techniques and standards that have defined this business for five decades. While I’m helping bring Applejacks into the future, Brian is still here ensuring every project meets the high bar he set in the 70s, usually with our rescue dog, Bob, supervising from the side-lines.
